To ensure you have a smooth shopping experience, we have prepared some useful tips for you.

To organize a pleasant and productive shopping experience, we want to describe in advance how this year’s Black Weekend will proceed!
- Free shipping: Applies to all orders over 99.90 BGN.
- Price update: Due to the large number of products on the site dragzone.bg, it may take some time for the prices of all promotional products to be updated and visible on the site at 00:00 on November 10. All current offers will definitely be reflected on the site by the morning of November 10. Thank you for your patience!
- Add to favorites: If you add desired products to your favorites or cart before the promotional prices go live, they will update automatically when the promotional prices are updated on the site. It is good practice to browse, select, and add your desired products to favorites in your profile in advance, and during the sale days, just finalize your order.
- Inquiries: During our promotional campaign, we expect a significant increase in the volume of orders and inquiries. It is possible that we may not be able to respond to all your email inquiries during the campaign period.
- Technical issues: During our promotional campaign, we expect heavy load on our online store platform, so technical problems may occur. We ask for your patience and understanding, for which we thank you.
- Orders: All orders must be placed only through our online platform. The phone numbers we provide are for consultations and questions only; orders are not accepted by phone.
- Processing: Due to the significant increase in order volume during Black Weekend, our team will work extended hours. Please be patient; all orders will be processed within 5 working days.
- Leasing: Due to high interest, this Black Weekend we also offer the option to purchase all orders with a value equal to or greater than 150 BGN on installment plans with Unicredit Consumer Financing or DSK Leasing. The leasing scheme has preferential terms.
* During the campaign, the promotional scheme for 6 equal monthly installments with 0% interest will not be available.
- Stock availability: Stock levels on the site are updated automatically; however, due to the expected significant order volume, some products listed as “in stock” at the time of order placement may be out of stock, and your order may not be fulfilled. In such cases, one of our staff will contact you and offer an equivalent product at a promotional price.
- Notifications: If you have placed an order, you can expect an email when its status changes. When the shipment is sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow its progress.
* All orders placed during our campaign will not be confirmed by phone in advance. They will be processed and shipped directly.
