The delivery time for all orders is between 1 – 5 business days. The online store DragZone.bg reserves the right to extend the delivery time, in which case, one of our employees will contact you and inform you. After processing your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number for the shipment.

All orders are shipped with the courier company Speedy. Your order can be sent either to a courier company office or to your address.

For orders over 99.90 BGN (*excluding items from the bicycles category), all shipping costs are covered by us. For orders of lower value, the shipping cost is 8.00 BGN including VAT when paying via: UNI Credit Credit Purchase, DSK Credit Purchase, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card payment. If Cash on Delivery is chosen, the delivery price increases by 2.00 BGN and amounts to 10.00 BGN including VAT.

*Products from the bicycles category have free delivery to a Speedy courier office. If anything else is ordered with this product, the price remains free (over 99.90 BGN, regardless of Cash on Delivery or bank transfer). If a product from the bicycles category is ordered to the customer's address, the delivery price is 15.00 BGN regardless of whether another product is ordered or if it exceeds the free delivery threshold. The payment method for the order also does not matter.

All bicycles purchased from our online store arrive in transport mode. The main components that require technical knowledge are assembled and adjusted. The only thing you need to do is attach the front wheel, screw in the pedals, and tighten the handlebars. To assemble the bicycle, you will need a size 15 wrench and a set of hex keys, which are NOT included with the purchase. Each bicycle is packed in a special five-layer carton to preserve its good commercial appearance.

The phones listed in the online store DragZone.bg are only for inquiries and consultations. Accepting orders by phone is impossible and contradicts the site's terms and conditions.

Every product purchased from the DragZone.bg online store comes with a minimum two-year warranty. Your warranty is the number of your order and the issued invoice/sales protocol that accompanied your order. Claims or returns of goods are absolutely impossible without presenting the order number and the document/invoice/ that accompanied the order.

The online store DragZone.bg issues an invoice for every product you purchase.

Within 30 calendar days after receiving the order, you can return it without providing any reason. In such cases, the shipping costs are borne by the customer. All returns of goods are carried out via the courier company Speedy. Shipments are sent to the courier company's office located in Sofia, 83 Gyueshevo Street. Every return must comply with the conditions of the Return Policy on the DragZone.bg website. It can be found in the Terms of Use, point 10.

IMPORTANT!!! Products must not show signs of use (must not be used) or have a damaged commercial appearance.

Items such as underwear, protective masks for cyclists, and dietary supplements are not subject to return for hygienic reasons. Exceptions are made in cases where a wrong or defective product has been received.

In the online store DragZone.bg, you can pay for your order in several ways:

• PayPal;
• Borica – payment with credit or debit card;
• Cash on delivery;
• Bank transfer;
• Leasing with DSK Bank; (credit calculator)
• Leasing with UniCredit Bulbank;
• *Voucher orders can only be paid by bank transfer.

Important: Orders on DragZone.bg are accepted only through the purchase form on the website. Phone orders are made only as an exception when there is a technical problem.

Navigation in the online store DragZone.bg

Displays the status of your cart. From it, you can remove or add products at any time, update quantities, and be informed about the value of your purchase.

This is a quick and easy way to find the product you want. The word (phrase) entered in the field will return results for products whose titles contain it. If you enter the word "bicycle," the search engine will display results with all bicycle models, as well as some bicycle components and accessories. At the moment you start typing a word in the field, you will also see a dropdown list with previously searched and popular phrases.
Example: When searching for the word "bicycle," you will see products like "Dragomir Black Hawk Bicycle," "Dahon Curve D3 Folding Bicycle," "Fi'zi:k Pave CP Wing Flex Bicycle Saddle," "Peruzzo Venezia 388 Rear Bicycle Rack," and so on.

Some products contain hyphens in their titles because that is how the original model names are written. For example: Shimano Deore XT FC-M780-10-S Cranksets.

With the help of these dropdown menus, you can select products from a category/subcategory or from a manufacturer.

The menu in the left column "Product Categories" is another way to find all the main product categories offered by us. When clicking on a main category, for example "Bicycles," the corresponding subcategories "Road / Track," "Mountain with suspension," etc., will open below it. If you click on the "+" icon, you will be able to see all the subcategories under a given main category and then choose from those that appear.

With this option, you can see the prices of goods in Leva or Euro. This is done by clicking the respective "Euro" / "Leva" icon, which is located in the header bar with "Categories" and "Manufacturers".

To change the language of the website, you need to click on the corresponding icon with a flag of a country on it. These icons are located in the upper right corner of the website, just below the contact box.

This section automatically displays various products that users/guests of the site are viewing in real time.

This section displays some of the best-selling products in the DragZone online store. They change frequently, and you can browse them by clicking on the right or left arrow in the field.

• “New Products” - this label shows the new products uploaded to the site. It is also accessible via the "New Products" button located just below the "Search" field.
• "Popular Today" - this label automatically displays the most viewed products in the online store for a specific day of the week. For example, if you are browsing the site on 01.01.2010, this label will show the most popular products for that exact date.
• "Promotions" - by clicking on this label, you can view all products currently on promotion in the online store. You will be informed of the actual price of the products, their promotional price, and how much percentage you can save when purchasing a specific type of product.
• “Sale” - this label contains older product models whose prices have been significantly reduced. The products are in preserved condition. If any product is scratched, damaged, etc., due to improper storage, this will be indicated in the product description. Remember, you can always take advantage of our Return Policy. You will be informed of the actual price of the products, the sale price, and how much percentage you can save when purchasing a specific type of product.
