How do we deliver?
The stocks we maintain in the warehouse allow us to provide fast and timely delivery. And we reach the most remote part of the country within one to two working days.
Delivery from DragZone.bg
The online store DragZone.bg offers FREE SHIPPING on products worth over 99.90 leva (*excluding products from the Bicycles category). In other cases, the customer pays a delivery fee of 8.00 leva when using the payment methods: UNI Credit purchase on Credit, DSK purchase on Credit, Bank transfer, Payment with credit/debit cards. When choosing Cash on Delivery, the delivery price increases by 2.00 leva and amounts to 10.00 leva.
*Products from the Bicycles category have free delivery to a Speedy courier office. If anything else is ordered with this product, the price remains free (over 99.90 leva, regardless of Cash on Delivery or bank transfer). If a product from the Bicycles category is ordered to the customer's address, the delivery price is 15.00 leva regardless of whether another product is ordered or if it exceeds the free shipping amount. Also, the payment method for the order does not matter.
How to return a product?
You have the option to return a product(s) within 30 calendar days if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. The product must be unused and in good condition.
You can return a product for the following reasons:
- The product is the wrong size.
- The product is defective or damaged during transportation.
- We sent you the wrong product.
-Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
