DragZone.bg provides warranty service for all products purchased from the store. In case of problems, please contact us.

Out-of-warranty repairs are carried out only with the prior consent of the customer.

We are responsible for the non-conformity of the consumer goods with the sales contract, according to the Consumer Protection Act.

For DRAG bicycles:

THREE YEARS for aluminum and steel frames except for models with rear suspension, BMX bicycles, and models C1, C2, Shift.

TWO YEARS for carbon frames and COX brand components, and all other bicycles.

The maximum allowable load is also very generous:

150 kg for aluminum and steel frames without rear suspension.
100 kg for road bicycles.
90 kg for carbon frames and frames with rear suspension.

Another new benefit for our loyal customers is that in case of damage to the bicycle frame not covered by the warranty but occurring before the warranty period expires, the customer has the right to purchase a new frame at 50% of its normal price.

Bicycle Tire Warranty

When purchasing bicycle tires online from Dragzone.bg, you benefit from a free two-year warranty:

1. Claims arising from impact, incorrect installation, and mechanical damage are not accepted.

2. Claims on tires purchased online with unprofessional installation, improper maintenance, or lack thereof are not accepted.

3. The warranty provided covers cases of defective raw materials, material problems, or overall tire construction issues that occurred despite proper use according to standards.

4. Damages resulting from: poor tire installation/removal; repair; improper use; overinflation or underinflation; exposure to organic solvents; overloading; wear due to stationary turns or uneven wear are not covered.

5. The warranty does not cover cracking or crumbling of any type of tires;

6. Tires purchased online and returned for a claim are accepted with documents proving the purchase and a receipt from the courier company. In cases where it is established that the tire damage resulted from a factory defect, Velomania Ltd. will refund the full value of the purchased tire to the customer or replace it with another of the same brand and model, if available at the time.
