Bike Rally Cherni Vrah

Sports Club DRAG organizes the DRAG Cherni Vrah Bike Rally for the 15th consecutive year.

This is a mountain biking competition in the cross-country/enduro discipline. Competitors will face the challenge of covering a 38 km route with a positive elevation gain of 1600 meters.

The race is considered a highly technical course in this discipline, given the many extreme sections with natural obstacles such as roots, stones, mud, dense grass, streams, and steep hills. Competitors undergo serious physical exertion as they ride their bikes through the mountain terrain. The descent below Cherni Vrah is difficult and spectacular.

For younger and less experienced competitors, we will offer the opportunity to participate on a shorter course. The start will be at Boyansko Hanche, with the climb continuing to Momina Skala hut, after which the route returns back down to Boyana.

The competition will be held according to the regulations of the international mountain biking organization. Insurance is mandatory.

The race is the 4th round of the Bulgarian HCM series, held under the auspices of the Bulgarian Cycling League - BG XCO & XCM Series

- 7:30 - 8:45 AM – Gathering point

- 9:00 AM – Start

- 4:00 PM – Finish

- 4:00 PM – Award ceremony
