Delivery

Each order made in online store DragZone is confirmed by us with an e-mail.  The delivery time depends on the receivers location, You can track the status of the order in your profile as well as in the carried website provided below in this page. The bicycles are delivered in a box in transportation type - partially disassembled.

DragZone delivers goods to the countries listed below. All the orders are being send out from Bulgaria.

Delivery Cost and Time

Shipping cost depends on the country of delivery. Detailed information for the delivery cost and duration can be seen below:

Payment

E-shop DragZone offers two ways of payment:

1. Paypal
DragZone offers a secure payment method via PayPal. You can pay with PayPal without the need to register an account or use your existing PayPal account and check out quickly with no need to enter your debit or credit card details. When paying through PayPal the total order amount will be paid for immediately at checkout when you commit to buy. The items will then be despatched when we process the order as quickly as we can. Any cancelled orders will be refunded as quickly as possible. Any returns will always be charged back to your original payment method. 2. With card VISA, Maestro, MasterCard or VISA Electron via Borika. The site will redirect you to the Borika terminal to fill the data needed. Then the Borika server will redirect you back to our store to complete the order. IMPORTANT: Be patient to be redirected back to dragzone.bg and do not close the window prematurely.
