It also includes the first-ever tool-free removable and upgradeable arm and clutch. With a steel inner arm adding even more strength, it’s built for real-world riders. Like all Eagle Transmission derailleurs, it’s designed with the first-ever hangerless interface, mounting directly on the wheel axle and making direct contact with the cassette. The new derailleurs feature the same intuitive pairing and setup procedure as our Eagle AXS derailleurs. The revolutionary Full Mount attachment method creates a much stronger connection by clamping both sides of the frame.
