The Shimano Hyperglide+ cassettes have set new standards for off-road use with their smooth shifting to higher and lower gears across the entire gear range. Even under the greatest effort when climbing or sprinting to the finish line, you can now shift gears without hesitation. This is made possible thanks to the longer teeth. Despite the new design and the additional 12-tooth sprocket, the CS-R8100 cassettes are compatible with previous 11-speed road hubs.
