SRAM GX T‑Type Eagle AXS Upgrade Kit A2 is the official SRAM upgrade kit designed to upgrade mechanical Eagle 70 and Eagle 90 Transmission drivetrains to a fully wireless AXS system. The kit provides an AXS-compatible derailleur body that uses the same ultra-strong Full Mount / hangerless design as the electronic AXS Transmission models, ensuring maximum stiffness, stability, and impact protection.
The upgrade is easy: simply transfer the cage and mounting bolts from your current mechanical Eagle 70 or Eagle 90 T‑Type derailleur onto the new AXS body, then pair the system with the included AXS Pod Controller. The kit also includes an AXS battery, charger, and T‑Type PowerLock for reclosing the chain.
This is the most affordable way to enter the AXS ecosystem and replace mechanical shifting with precise, fast, and wireless control.
