Mount the shifter on a straight section of the handlebar (22.2 mm diameter). Use an appropriate clamp and follow the recommended torque of 2.5–4 Nm to ensure stability without risk of damage.
- Maintenance:
Keep the cable and housing clean and dry. If shifting is difficult, check the position of the white markers on the Nexus cassette module and the condition of the bell crank.
