Installation: Place the shifter on the handlebar and secure it with the clamp. Make sure it is symmetrically aligned with the left shifter. The cable must follow the OT‑SIS40 standard → internally along the grip and towards the rear derailleur.
Shimano recommends using Super SLR-compatible brakes for optimal modulation.
Maintenance: Periodically check the condition of the cables and housings. If shifting becomes difficult, replace the inner cable or clean the mechanism.
