The DMR V8 v2 service tool is designed for servicing the dual bushing bearing system found on the current V8 pedal with gray plastic caps. Use this thin-walled chrome-molybdenum steel insert with a 13 mm wrench to "pull back" the 11 mm main nut against the 9 mm locknut at the end of the axle to adjust the bearing preload.
