Shimano Ultegra CS-R8101 is a high-end 12-speed cassette designed for racing and long-distance riding. Thanks to Hyperglide+ technology, gear shifting is extremely smooth and reliable, even under heavy load. It is suitable for climbs, sprints, and extended road cycling.

The cassette is available in two ranges – 11-30T and 11-34T. It combines steel sprockets with a nickel coating and an aluminum spider for an optimal balance between strength and low weight.

It can be used with both the new 12-speed HG-L2 freehub bodies and standard 11-speed Shimano HG bodies. This makes it highly versatile and suitable for both upgrades and replacements of existing systems.
