Ksyrium S Disc is 40 grams lighter than the previous Ksyrium UST Disc, while also being stronger and laterally stiffer. The stiffness is optimized using Fore technology. The upper bridge remains unpierced, optimizing strength and stiffness and eliminating the need for rim tape, saving an additional 30 g per wheel. The new tire bed shape makes mounting and removing tires easier than ever, and UST Tubeless technology improves rolling resistance and grip while reducing the risk of punctures. These wheels are made in France, in an aluminum wheel factory.
