The Shimano Deore XT SM-RT86-S is a high-performance disc rotor with a diameter of 160 mm, designed for aggressive mountain biking. Thanks to ICE TECHNOLOGIES, the three-layer construction of stainless steel and aluminum provides effective heat dissipation, reducing the rotor temperature by about 100°C compared to all-steel rotors. This results in less fade, quieter operation, and extended pad life. The rotor design prevents mud buildup, keeping it clean in all conditions.
