1. How long will I wait for my purchase?
Every order placed on DragZone.bg before 2 PM EET on workdays will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM EET on workdays will be processed the next working day. You can see the shopping time for your country in category “Shipping and payment”. DragZone.bg may extend the time for delivery and if that happens our employee will reach you out and inform you about the new delivery time. After the processing of your order you will receive an e-mail with the exact date of delivery. After shipping your order you will receive an e-mail with tracking number and link to the delivery company's website where you can track the movement of your order.
2. Which courier company are you working with?
All purchases are delivered by Speedy for Bulgaria and DPD for Europe. Your order can be shipped to an office of the courier company or to another address chosen by you. The standard delivery fee is 5 BGN and free for orders over 49 BGN (within Bulgaria, for international delivery please check “Shipping and payment” section for free shipping conditions).
3. Will I receive my bicycle assembled?
All bicycles purchased from DragZone.bg are delivered packed for transportation, semi assembled. The main components which require technical knowledge to be assembled are already set together. The things you need to do are: to fit the front wheel; tighten the pedals and mount the bar. For this assembling you need to use wrench number 15 and a set of hexagon keys. Every bicycle is packed in a special five layer carton box in order to preserve its good commercial appearance. If you have questions about the bicycle assembling you can contact an employee of DragZone.bg to give you directions and valuable advice.
4. Can I order by phone?
Our telephone numbers at DragZone.bg are for questions and consultation only. Placing orders by telephone is impossible and against the general terms of the website. Order by phone are explicitly accepted when there are issues with the ordering form.
5. Does the received product have a warranty?
Every product purchased on DragZone.bg has at least 2 years warranty. Your warranty are the stock receipt and the cash receipt; complaints, replacements or returns of goods are absolutely impossible without the presentation of the stock receipt and the cash receipt.
6. May I receive an invoice?
DragZone.bg issues an invoice for each order you receive.
7. Can I return purchased products?
Within 30 days of receiving your products, you can return them without giving any reason. In such cases, the shipping costs are entirely at the expense of the online store. All returns of goods and replacements are made by courier company Speedy and DPD. Shipments are sent to the courier company's office located in Sofia, Gyueshevo 83 Str. In cases where deduction or refund is required, you need to contact our employee at the designated contact phones. Please note that the returned products should not be used.
